Is my vehicle insured during transport?

What's the difference between open and enclosed transport?
Open transport uses standard car carriers (like you see on highways) and is more economical. Enclosed transport provides additional protection from weather and road debris in a covered trailer, ideal for luxury, classic, or high-value vehicles.
Do I need to be present for pickup and delivery?
Yes, someone 18 or older must be present to sign the Bill of Lading and inspect the vehicle at both pickup and delivery. This person doesn't have to be the vehicle owner but should be authorized to act on your behalf.
Can I put personal items in my car during transport?
For safety and legal reasons, we recommend removing all personal items from your vehicle. Some carriers may allow up to 100 lbs of personal items in the trunk, but these items are not covered by insurance and may affect the transport cost.
What condition should my car be in for transport?
Your vehicle should be in running condition with no more than 1/4 tank of gas. Remove or secure any loose parts, retract antennas, and ensure the battery is charged. Non-running vehicles can be transported but may incur additional fees.
How do I prepare my vehicle for transport?
